Treating 5 weeks old Oscar back to health

Oscar is a 5 weeks old bulldog x puppy, rehomed at 4 weeks or older, changed hands (how many times?) until the last person who had him dropped him at the pound, where he spent the last week.

Oscar had his vet visit yesterday, he is ridden with worms, fleas, MANGE, and has already developed a severe systemic infection with all his lymph nodes involved. He is now under medication, needs to be held all night so that he doesn’t break his skin raw, and we work to identify the remaining of his litter – given mange’s incubation period, most probably all his siblings are in the same situation.
