Another difficult post…
A very nice lady who rescued the mom and has done everything humanly possible to save the puppies and the mom. Including giving them mange medication, deworming and quality food. She asked SPCA for support. SPCA advised her to take them all to the pound.
We vaccinated the eight little bubs and the mom now, microchipped, each puppy had a comprehensive vet check and will continue the treatment in the following weeks. It’s expensive, it’s heartbreaking, but they will be fine: even if the agency supposed to look after “sick and injured” slammed the door shut again.

We aim to take in the mom as well as soon as we have space available for adults. The mom is sweet, scared and young.
