Phattie is the last of her litter of nine and just as gorgeous as her siblings! While she had several homes aligned, she was caught in the January lockdown onsite so got to spend more time with us!
The “Phatties” were born in early October at the JDC premises to a rescue who was very pregnant when she arrived, named Honey (her story here: https://jdcrescue.com/2025/09/16/honey-hope-and-heartbreak/). Honey now has a wonderful home!
Phattie is a medium-sized beardie cross huntaway with a moderately fluffy coat and a moderate energy level, just like her mom. She’s an intelligent pup who makes great eye contact and has a very friendly temperament. She melts in your arms when being hugged and held close. Raised alongside other puppies and many adult dogs, she has excellent canine social skills and is extremely affectionate with people. The last photo shows her mom, Honey.
Phattie would thrive on a lifestyle block but she would be equally happy in a household providing walks and enhancement. She is very eager to please, crate trained and not an incessant barker.
